Self-confidence is the ability to have trust, faith in, and control of a person's capabilities, worth and skills. It is the act of individuals believing and feeling secured in their decisions, judgements among others made. What are some of the benefits of Self-confidence? It plays a crucial role in various aspects of life, which includes professional relationships, personal relationships and an individual's overall well-being. Self-confidece helps a person to face challenges, take risks and handle issues with resilience. Also, it enable people to have a positive perception of themselves, express their opinions and thoughts on issues openly and enhances the motivation in pursuing their goals.
